Will Schieffler is a lifelong resident of south Louisiana. Will graduated with honors from Nicholls State University in 1995 and received his Juris Doctor degree from Louisiana State University Law School in 1998. Upon graduation from law school, Will accepted a position with a large admiralty and maritime law firm in New Orleans, where his primary focus was on offshore construction litigation, vessel negligence and Jones Act litigation. While practicing law in New Orleans, Mr. Schieffler handled hundreds of cases. Mr. Schieffler joined The Gaar Law Firm in 2009, with a focus on plaintiff personal injury. Will is currently licensed to practice law in Louisiana and Texas, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court as well as all federal courts for the state of Louisiana. Mr. Schieffler is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
