After graduating from Greater Latrobe High School in 2004, Daniel attended the University of Pittsburgh, where he dual-majored in History and Political Science and minored in the Administration of Justice. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2008, graduating cum laude.
Daniel went on to Duquesne University School of Law for his Juris Doctor Degree, graduating cum laude in 2011. While at Duquesne, he participated in the Hugo L. Black Civil and Family Justice Law Clinic, earning the Pro Bono Certificate of Recognition for volunteering over 300 hours with Neighborhood Legal Services Association throughout his third year.
Daniel passed the Pennsylvania Bar Examination in July of 2011 and returned to Greensburg to join his father Rich and his brother Matt in the practice of law. He is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has completed the certification requirements to serve as a Mediator in Pennsylvania.
