Paul, who began practice with the firm in 1999, is licensed in Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia, advises clients regarding estate planning, business planning, Inc's, LLCs and partnerships, mergers/acquisitions, land use and real estate development. Paul has served as an elected official of the Greencastle Borough Council and taught business law and ethics as an adjunct instructor at Penn State - Mont Alto. Paul served a one-year appointment to the US Department of State as a member of a Provincial Reconstruction Team in Iraq and he has been an invited participant at the Strategic Implementation Seminar at the US Army War College. He serves on the boards of various charitable and civic organizations such as the Board of Waynesboro Hospital, the Mason Dixon Council of the Boy Scouts and the Franklin County Blighted Properties Committee. Paul holds BA and MBA degrees from the University of Dallas, a JD from Regent University and an International Diploma in Restorative Justice from Queen's University, Canada. Paul, his wife Lucy and their six children live in Greencastle, where they are active members of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church.
