John Hauser was born and raised in Latrobe and is an integral part of the Westmoreland County legal community. After graduating from Latrobe High School in 1997, he subsequently attended Westminster College, where he graduated cum laude in 2001, attaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in the double-majors of Economics and Political Science. In 2004, Attorney Hauser graduated from The Law School at Duquesne University and he is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Attorney Hauser is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Westmoreland Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Inns of Court. In conjunction with these affiliations, Attorney Hauser is currently serving as president of the Young Lawyers Committee of the Westmoreland Bar Association, serves on the Westmoreland Bar Association Planning Committee, serves on the Board of the Ned J. Nakles Chapter of the American Inns of Court, and serves as Chairman of the Explorer's Committee of the Westmoreland Bar Association. He is also a member of Holy Family Parish in Latrobe. Attorney Hauser practices primarily in general litigation, including matters involving: personal injury; wrongful death; products liability; automobile accidents, and other forms of civil litigation; family law; contracts; property matters; and wills and estates.
