Schiller, Bennett J.

Harvey A. Schein earned his Bachelor of Laws in June, 1964 and his Juris Doctor in November, 1967 from Brooklyn Law School. He was admitted to the NY Bar in April, 1965 and to the Texas Bar in April, 1975. He started his own practice in Dallas, Texas in 1973 where he worked for over twenty successful years. Mr. Schein believed that in starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 2005, Mr. Schein helped start Schein and Esquenazi, LLP. Mr. Schein has represented numerous clients in Immigration Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Federal District Court for the Northern District of Texas and USCIS since 1983.

Mr. Schein is active member of American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Dallas Bar Association. He was admitted to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in July, 1983. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since December, 1986.
