Directly involved with preparing documents, negotiating financial commitments and reviewing legislation with regard to economic and land development plans such as the renovation of downtown hotels, the establishment of gaming facilities, Chapter 353 development, land clearance and planned industrial development, tax increment financing, special business districts, enterprise zones and neighborhood improvement districts.
