Tracy's practice primarily focuses on complex commercial and corporate litigation and securities litigation in federal and state courts and arbitral forums throughout the country. She has represented companies in all aspects of complex commercial and corporate litigation, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, tortious interference, misappropriation of trade secrets, and lawsuits involving contests for corporate control and mergers and acquisitions. Tracy also has represented companies and individuals in enforcement proceedings and investigations by the New York Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission. She currently coauthors a regular column on securities litigation-related topics on law.com. Tracy also has experience in antitrust, construction, false advertising, and product liability litigation. Tracy has taken on several pro bono representations throughout her career, including successfully obtaining an order of protection for a victim of domestic abuse against her husband and litigating child abduction cases under the Hague Convention.
Tracy has handled cases, mediations, and arbitrations in numerous jurisdictions throughout the country, including New York, Delaware, and Texas.
