Scheer, Barry S.

Barry S. Scheer is a partner and co-founder of Parker Scheer LLP, and serves as director of the firm's Business Law and Litigation Group. With more than twenty-five years of experience in the area of business litigation and corporate law, Mr. Scheer is widely regarded as among Massachusetts' leading business litigation attorneys.

Mr. Scheer has attained the highest rating established by Martindale-Hubbell's Law Directory. This rating is only given to lawyers and law firms which are considered to have Very High to Preeminent Legal Ability and who are thought to embrace Very High Professional Standards.

Mr. Scheer's clients include many leading Massachusetts, national, and international businesses, and his cases have been the subject of frequent press coverage by the local and national press.

Mr. Scheer serves as a trial practice adviser to student participants in the Harvard Law School Trial Practice program and is a frequent guest lecturer at Boston College Law School where he speaks on the subjects of business law and negotiations.

Before co-founding Parker Scheer in 1996, Mr. Scheer was a director and shareholder in the Boston trial firm of Sarrouf, Tarricone & Flemming, P.C., where he represented the majority of the firm's business litigation clients.

Mr. Scheer makes his home in Winchester, Massachusetts, with his wife and two daughters.
