Schaffer, Henry M.

John Scarbrough practices in the areas of civil litigation, foreclosure defense, workers' compensation, and social security disability. John was born and raised in Concord. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA degree in English and a minor in Philosophy. He earned his law degree from the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law, and he is licensed to practice in North Carolina, as well as federal court for the middle district of North Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
