Karen McKeithen Schaede, Attorney at Law, was founded by its principal, Karen McKeithen Schaede, in 2003. Karen earned a B.S. in Nursing from the University of North Florida and worked more than 10 years as a Registered Nurse in critical care, home health and Hospice before earning a J.D. from Mississippi College's School of Law. She has practiced healthcare and employment law in the Carolinas since 1992.
In the healthcare area, Ms. Schaede represents all types of healthcare providers in business transactions and in their dealings with governmental agencies. She concentrates her healthcare practice on corporate compliance programs, HIPAA issues and training, and the other specialized challenges facing today's healthcare industry.
