Vincent J. Scamardella practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Real Estate Law.
Prior to joining Angiuli & Gentile LLP, Mr. Scamardella spent two years at the Richmond County Bar Association as the director and supervising attorney for the Volunteer Lawyers Project. In addition to running the program, he worked to ensure that over 100 indigent clients received competent pro bono legal representation during the ongoing foreclosure crisis. Prior to that time, Mr. Scamardella worked in a private firm where he practiced Personal Injury, Matrimonial and Elder Law.
Mr. Scamardella is a native Staten Islander who is admitted to practice law in New York State. He received his Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 2010. During law school, he worked as a law clerk for the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board. In 2007, he received his Bachelors of Science from Marist College in Criminal Justice.
He is currently an active member of the New York State and Richmond County Bar Associations.
