Lauren N. Harris joined Sell & Melton, L.L.P. in August of 2010.
Lauren graduated cum laude from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. While attending law school, Lauren successfully completed the nationally recognized Legal Writing Program and earned the Certificate in Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting. Additionally, she served on the Mercer Law Review. Upon graduation, Lauren was inducted into the Brainerd Currie Honor Society for outstanding scholarship and contribution to the law school.
During law school, Lauren clerked for the Honorable C. Ashley Royal at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia and the Honorable William P. Adams at the State Court of Bibb County.
Prior to attending law school, Lauren attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. In 2007 she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. Upon graduation, Lauren received the Matthew A. Stephenson Award, which is presented to the graduate selected by the faculty for mastery of Business Economics.
A native of Aiken, South Carolina, Lauren now calls Macon home. During her spare time, Lauren enjoys attending plays, dining at local independent restaurants, and visiting with family and friends.
