Sarskas, S. Edward

Kelly practices in the areas of corporate and securities laws. Her experience includes private and public offerings of debt and equity securities, merger and acquisition transactions, and advising public companies on securities and corporate governance matters, including periodic reporting responsibilities. Recently, Kelly has worked on transactions and matters involving Harman International Industries, Idearc, PMFG, Hunt Petroleum, and The Pepsi Bottling Group.

Kelly is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association.
