Philip is the widowed father of three adult married daughters. He has two step-grandchildren. He enjoys sports and played varsity football through college. He served in the Army National Guard for six years. While he took and passed both the Ohio and Michigan bar exams, his entire legal career has been spent practicing workers' compensation and personal injury law throughout Michigan. He has done personal injury defense work and has acquired a knowledge of the workings of insurance companies that is extremely helpful in his practice representing injured clients. He has tried more than 1,000 workers' compensation cases. He has been approved as a circuit court case evaluator in six Michigan counties. He was accepted by and approved for membership in the National Trial Lawyers as one of the 100 best trial lawyers in Michigan. He continues to represent injured clients in workers' compensation and all personal injury cases throughout Michigan.
