Milt received a B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1967 and his J.D. from the University of Missouri Law School in 1970. Milt was admitted into the Missouri Bar, United States District Court for the Western District in 1970 and in to the United States Supreme Court in 2004. Milt Harper exclusively concentrates in trial litigation areas of personal injury law, criminal defense law, and divorce law throughout the Courts, throughout Missouri. He has also received multi-million dollar personal injury verdicts in the State of Iowa.
Milt Harper is a former prosecuting attorney in Boone County and Associate Circuit Judge. He has been a practicing attorney over 40 years. Milt Harper has extensive trial litigation experience in his three main areas of practice. For over 40 years, Milt Harper in his litigation and trial work has demanded justice for those victims of personal injury by the careless acts of others and for the families of those killed in accidents. He has also worked tirelessly to maintain and enforce the constitutional rights of citizens who have been the victims of over-zealous government charges and regulations in criminal defense cases. He is also skilled in divorce and family law matters and maintains an active practice in helping people in difficult family law litigation both to preserve their assets and to maintain their rights in family law court.
