Linda S. Harang graduated from Louisiana State University in 1970, and earned a Master of Science Degree in 1976. She is a certified teacher, and taught for 9 years in the Jefferson Parish Public School System. Ms. Harang graduated from Tulane University School of Law in 1982, where she was a member of the Moot Court Board. Ms. Harang is admitted to practice: in all Louisiana state courts; the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana; the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Eleventh Circuit; and The Supreme Court of the United States. Ms. Harang has an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and is a member of the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. New Orleans Magazine recognized Ms. Harang as a “Top Environmental Lawyer”. Ms. Harang is a member of the National Trial Lawyers “Top 100 Trial Lawyers”.
Ms. Harang’s practice includes cases brought for claims of: personal injury, construction damage to property, injury from use of defective products, and exposure to toxic materials and/or gases. She is also Plaintiffs’ Liaison Counsel in the “Agriculture Street Landfill” class action.
Ms. Harang has been an instructor in the Loyola Law School Skills Curriculum, and has lectured for continuing legal education credit in Louisiana on various litigation-related topics.
