Sanders, Rebecca

R. David Sammons is a native of Atlanta, Georgia and has been practicing law since 1999. Mr. Sammons received his bachelor of science degree from Georgia Tech and is a graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law. Mr. Sammons has litigated on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants throughout the State of Georgia.

Mr. Sammons is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Atlanta Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association and the Sandy Springs Bar Association. Mr. Sammons practice areas include trucking litigation, automobile accidents, products liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, dram shop actions, animal/dog attacks and other catastrophic injury cases

David has been married to his wife, Adriane, for 9 years. Adriane is a native of Marietta, Georgia and is also a practicing Attorney in Atlanta. They live in the Vinings neighborhood of Atlanta with their two young daughters.
