Emma Salustro's litigation practice is focused on antitrust and class action lawsuits in state and federal courts. She represents clients from a variety of industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and telecommunications. Emma also maintains a robust pro bono practice, especially in administrative hearings for students in need of special education services.

Prior to working in Jones Day's Chicago Office, Emma was the recipient of the Jones Day Public Interest Fellowship. During her fellowship year, she was a staff attorney at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago where she focused on family and educational law and advocated on behalf of foster children in disciplinary and special education matters.

Before practicing law, Emma developed extensive experience in crisis communications and public relations at a Chicago marketing company where she represented some of the world's largest food and beverage manufacturers.
