LINDA H. SAMSON, gained wide respect for breaking new ground as the first woman to attain the office of President of The Passaic County Bar Association. She currently serves as a Trustee of the Passaic County Bar Association. Ms. Samson has also been selected to teach family law practice to less-experienced attorneys by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. She is vice chair of the Family Law Section, a member of the Matrimonial and Complimentary Dispute Resolution Committees and serves on the Women and Minority Concerns Committee of the Passaic County Bar Association. Ms. Samson is also a member of New Jersey State, Morris County, and American Bar Associations and their sections of family law. She volunteers as chair of a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel in Passaic County. She is qualified to serve as an Economic Mediator pursuant to New Jersey Court Rule 1:40-12(a)(6). She served as a charter Barrister of the Justice Robert Clifford Inn of the Court, and was a member of the Court's Arbitrator Selection Committee in the Passaic County vicinage. Ms. Samson is past chair of the District XI (Passaic County) Fee Arbitration Committee and currently serves on the District XI (Passaic County) Ethics Committee, both as appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court. She joined the firm in January of 2005.
