Eugenia Salamon's practice extends to all phases of trial and appellate litigation at the state and federal court levels. Genny has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Her experience also includes representing private companies in lawsuits raising business law, contract, and statutory issues as well as local governments and the state of California in lawsuits raising employment and constitutional issues.

Recently, Genny participated in the successful defense of a multimillion dollar breach of contract action against Mellon Bank (before the Federal District Court as well as the Ninth Circuit). She also represented TRW in a case that was litigated in the lower federal courts, and ultimately the Supreme Court, which issued a unanimous opinion in favor of TRW. In addition, Genny is dedicated to public service and has participated in the Firm's pro bono committee. She briefed and argued before the Ninth Circuit on behalf of a native Guatemalan seeking asylum.

Genny is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, all district courts in California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third and Ninth Circuits. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
