Lilian Regina Hangartner is a 2011 graduate of the Louisiana State University Law Center where she earned her juris Doctor and received a Graduate Diploma in Civil Law. Throughout law school, Ms. Hangartner was an active participant in the Domestic Violence Clinic, the Trial Advocacy Program and the Public Interest Law Society and was awarded the 2011 LSBA Law Student Pro Bono Award. As an Associate at The Law Office of J. Rodney Messina, Ms. Hangartner has represented clients in criminal, civil and family proceedings in Baton Rouge City and District Court, as well as throughout the state.
