Judson Hand specializes in complex civil litigation in New Jersey federal and state courts at both the trial and appellate levels. He also handles municipal court and criminal matters. While obtaining his degree at Rutgers School of Law-Newark, he published a law review article about private prosecution in municipal court that was cited in the New Jersey Supreme Court's State v. Storm decision and other published court opinions.
For several years, he wrote "The Business of Law," a Sunday column that appeared weekly in the Star-Ledger of Newark. He has written for many other publications, including the New York Law Journal and the Asbury Park Press. He has briefed and argued numerous motions and appeals at the trial and appellate levels, including an appeal before the New Jersey Supreme Court. His nearly 20 years of study and practice in the legal profession have taught him how to speak and write persuasively to the courts.
