Ramsey represents employees in both individual and class action cases throughout California. As a civil litigator, Ramsey has particular expertise fighting for employees in cases involving restaurants, English as a Second Language (ESL) tutoring programs, the health care industry, and residential care facilities, among others.
A native of the Bay Area, Ramsey became a lawyer in order to fight for the little guy. Since 2009 he has successfully represented numerous employees in lawsuits against their employers for issues such as unpaid overtime, missed meal and rest breaks, and disability discrimination, among many others. Ramsey strives to make sure his clients are not only financially compensated, but empowered by the knowledge that they have rights and they have a voice. Ramsey also volunteers for local pro bono causes such as the Volunteer Legal Services Program, which represents low income tenants facing eviction from their homes.
Ramsey lives in San Francisco with his wife and daughter.
