David Ryan is Of Counsel in the Portland office of Williams Kastner and is a member of the firm's healthcare and business litigation practice groups, as well as our insurance team. Mr. Ryan specializes in civil litigation, with emphasis in professional malpractice and health care liability, employment discrimination, and insurance coverage. As a trial lawyer, he has arbitration and trial experience in defense of personal injury cases, particularly product and premises liability, as well as property damage claims and insurance coverage disputes.
