Michael is currently an associate at Togut, Segal & Segal where he has participated in all stages of litigation regarding the resolution of various adversary proceedings and bankruptcy claims in cases such as General Motors, Tronox Inc. and Saint Vincents Hospitals. Michael was also active in various stages of the successful reorganization of major corporations including, Delphi Automotive LLP and Chrysler Group LLC. Prior to joining Togut, Segal & Segal, Michael served as Legal Intern at the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern Disctrict of New York.
