Dan Russo's practice focuses on products liability. He has represented clients in prescription and over-the-counter drug product liability litigation, toxic tort litigation, and litigation involving tobacco products.

Dan's representations include R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company and Brown & Williamson Holdings in individual smoking and health cases, Johnson & Johnson and its subsidiary McNeil-PPC in drug product liability cases pertaining to Tylenol, and King Pharmaceuticals in litigation involving its prescription drug Altace. He is currently defending R.J. Reynolds and Brown & Williamson in tobacco product liability cases in federal and state courts throughout New York State. In the past he served as trial counsel in the first individual smoking and health trial in Nassau County, New York, which resulted in a directed verdict for his client.
