Mr. Russis’ practice concentrates on the representation of closely held businesses and wealthy individuals, mainly in the areas of estate planning, business structuring, sales, mergers, and acquisitions, trust and estate litigation, income tax compliance and planning, asset protection, estate and trust administration, probate law, disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, matters heard before the United States Tax Court, real estate and litigation involving commercial matters.  Additionally, Mr. Russis has previously represented publicly held companies in various matters.
