Mr. Rust has practiced exclusively in the area of mortgage foreclosure since 2006. Prior to his bar admission he worked in mortgage servicing for five years. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of mortgage foreclosure in Minnesota, whether it be Foreclosure by Advertisement, Judicial Foreclosure, Eviction or any of the Bankruptcy issues related to foreclosure in Minnesota.

Mr. Rust is married and is the proud father of son, Matthew and daughter Katherine. In his spare time, he enjoys cross-country skiing, off-road bicycling, camping, and spending time with his children.
