Mary Hale has extensive experience in a broad range of complex litigation, including corporate criminal investigations and related litigation, toxic tort litigation, and antitrust cases. She has particular experience in corporate governance issues, discovery issues, including those relating to the attorney-client privilege and the work product doctrine, and allegations of failure to warn. Most recently, she participated in the defense of IBM in connection with multiple civil actions filed by more than 200 plaintiffs in New York and California state courts alleging that workplace exposures caused cancer and other diseases in IBM employees or birth defects in their offspring.
Mary is a member of the ABA and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia.
