Sarah Haley is the Founder and President of The Haley Law Group, L.L.C. Ms. Haley provides tax, corporate transactional and asset protection planning services, as well as wealth transfer and estate planning services to meet the complex planning needs of the Firm’s clients. Ms. Haley’s tax, estate planning and transactional expertise and background allow her to provide high net worth clients with expert advice and sophisticated planning strategies on every aspect of their planning needs.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Haley served a two year appointment as attorney advisor to the Chief Special Trial Judge of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C. In Ms. Haley’s extensive career as a tax and estate attorney, Ms. Haley has concentrated her areas of expertise in complex tax planning, include estate planning, estate administration, asset protection strategies, international taxation, business succession planning, charitable exempt entities, and corporate tax/transaction matters.
Ms. Haley received her LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1998, with high honors; her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in 1997; and her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rutgers University in 1994.
Ms. Haley is admitted to the New York (2011), New Jersey (1997) and Pennsylvania (2005) State Bars. Ms. Haley is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court; and is also admitted to practice before The United States Supreme Court (2012).
Memberships: Ms. Haley is actively involved in the ABA Tax Section. ABA Business Law Section; ABA Section of International Law; and ABA Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law.
Ms. Haley was named as a Top Attorney by South Jersey Magazine in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
