In addition to receiving his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, Mark Russo studied Latin American Law in Buenos Aires, Argentina for the summer of 2000 and Mexican Law at the Facultad de Derecho in Guanajuato, Mexico for the summer of 2001.
Mr. Russo is fluent in Spanish and literate in Japanese, German, and French.
He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Maine State Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association.
Prior to being licensed as an attorney, Mr. Russo was a mechanical engineer by trade and president of a business with international interests.
