Arthur J. (AJ) Hall graduated from University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management.  While Mr. Hall worked towards his Bachelor’s degree he successfully obtained several certifications and licenses, including his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, a Certified Mutual Fund Counselor Designation and his Real Estate license.  During his undergraduate studies Mr. Hall was also able to secure a highly sought after semester long political internship for United States Congressman for Arizona Jon Kyl.  Mr. Hall then followed his lifelong dream to become a lawyer and went to law school in Oklahoma at Oklahoma City University, School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Degree. 

During law school Mr. Hall participated in a number of activities and experiences including moot court, trial advocacy, he worked for an independent film production company and was a freelance writer for the school newspaper.  During the last half of law school Mr. Hall clerked for a Securities Litigation law firm and actively participated in numerous securities arbitration proceedings before the NASD and NYSE arbitration boards. 

Before entering private practice Mr. Hall worked and served for nearly four years as a Deputy County Attorney at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office.  As a prosecutor Mr. Hall hit the ground running his first day when he handled all the drug hearings for the prosecution in one of the Maricopa County Superior Courts.  Mr. Hall went on to handle a variety of misdemeanor and serious felony trials and hearings.  He effectively resolved well over a thousand criminal cases as a prosecutor and was awarded with high performance reviews and recognitions such as “Attorney of the Month.” 

Mr. Hall’s work did not go unnoticed by defense attorneys or judges and he quickly established a reputation for fair dealing, as an effective negotiator and an aggressive trial attorney.  Mr. Hall brings to the Rosenstein Law Group his unique and inside perspective on prosecution policies and case strategies.  He uses his knowledge and experience to aggressively defend those accused in DUI, misdemeanor and felony cases.
