Ken Hall was born in 1941, attended Emory University and graduated from Georgia Law School in 1964. He began his practice with the firm in 1965 and has been a partner since 1969. Since 1967, he has concentrated his practice on litigation of all types. The tort cases he has handled include, railroad cases, automobile, truck and boat accidents, asbestos cases, product liability cases, drug cases, catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, fraud cases, intentional torts, workers' compensation, premises liability and property damage.
He has also handled a wide variety of business related cases including anti-trust, construction, banking, hospital, fraud, fraudulent conveyances, property damage, freight claims, securities and real estate.
Mr. Hall is admitted to practice in all Georgia courts as well as the United States Courts of Appeals for the 11th and 5th circuits and the United States District Courts of the Middle and Northern District. He is a member of The American College of Trial Lawyers, The Macon and Georgia Bar Associations, The Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and The National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel,
Mr. Hall has been listed in "The Best Lawyers in America" for years 2004 to 2011 in the areas of commercial litigation, Bet-the-company litigation and litigation - real estate. Mr. Hall is a former student editor of the Georgia Bar Journal(1963-1964], member of the editorial board of Georgia Bar Journal (1974-1977), President of the Macon Bar Association (1973-1974), Chairman of Anti-Trust section of the Georgia Bar (1978-1979), member of the executive committee of the NARTC (1982-1989)and President of Idle Hour Country Club (1984). He is Division Counsel for Norfolk Southern Railway Company in the State of Georgia.
