Jack E. Ruesch is a partner in the law firm of Telpner, Peterson, Smith, Ruesch, Thomas & Simpson, L.L.P. His practice focuses on business law, real estate, wills and probate, trusts and elder law. He was born in Monroe, Wisconsin and received his B.S. from Iowa State University in 1973 and his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law in 1976. He is married and has one adult child. He is active in his community having served on the boards of civic organizations throughout the metropolitan area.
