Ruhnke, Lyndon L.

Mr. Rubino is counsel in the Business Department.  He focuses on tax, probate, real estate, business transactions, corporate matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, foreclosures, asset recovery and loan workouts.  On behalf of his business clients, he also handles commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution or mediation matters.

Mr. Rubino works closely with clients on various business and personal tax matters.  He frequently counsels clients on the forming of business entities and domestic commercial relationships. 

Working with a multi-disciplinary team of attorneys from the Business Department, Mr. Rubino assists individual and business clients primarily in the State of New Jersey.
