Samera Habib is the lead attorney in Robinson & Henry’s Divorce and Family Law practice area. As someone who herself has gone through a divorce and grappled with issues of child custody, Samera has a special empathy for your situation and understands what you face when you call for advice and representation. She realizes the stress you are under and is committed to working toward amicable settlement when possible, and to fighting hard to protect your future. She approaches each case with sensitivity and deep concern for your needs and those of your children. Because of her extensive experience with Denver’s Family Law community, she has excellent contacts and a network of support upon which you can rely for additional support in specific areas, if needed.
Prior to joining Robinson & Henry, Samera interned for two terms for the Honorable Judge Angela Arkin, Douglas County’s lead judge handling Family Law matters.
Samera was born in Beirut, Lebanon, and immigrated to the United States as a child. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from California State University in 2004 and her Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland State University – Cleveland Marshall College of Law a few years later. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Family Law and Immigration Law sections.
In addition to her work in Divorce and Family Law, Samera volunteers with the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network and devotes part of her practice to representing clients in immigration matters.
