Bill Haberman is a partner in the Wealth Planning Services Group. He has been engaged in estate planning for wealthy individuals for many years. His practice includes the development of the estate plan and various devices required to save taxes and achieve personal objectives. He is experienced with marital property, charitable giving in its various forms, family limited partnerships, grantor retained annuity trusts, sales to defective trusts and succession planning. Mr. Haberman has also devoted substantial time to fiduciary litigation both in terms of representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries and is a member of various estate planning organizations. He is a frequent lecturer on estate planning subjects.
