Rudnicki, Raymond S.

Joan Allen Rowe is an attorney in Wiggin and Dana's Employment & Benefits Department. Joan has represented clients at informal and formal hearings at each of the compensation districts in Connecticut. She recently authored a seminar article entitled "Workers' Compensation Fraud." She has been a lecturer on workers' compensation topics at several professional conferences. Joan is on the Editorial Board of Compensation Quarterly, published by the Connecticut Bar Association.

Also, Joan handles immigration matters including employment-related immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions. Joan has been a lecturer on immigration issues and has written articles on immigration law published in professional journals.

She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont and her law degree from Boston University School of Law.
