Rucinski, Thomas E.

John R. Habashy attended USC and received a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude with departmental honors in Public Policy and Management. He continued his education at USC’s prestige law school on a full scholarship. His career was shaped by a vast array of experiences and political encounters. Mr. Habashy began his experiences with former Los Angeles Mayor, Richard Riordan and spent a year working in the West Wing of the White House under former President Bill Clinton. He also had the privilege of representing Dr. Sol Price, founder of the Price Club, where he assisted in the development and evaluation of commercial real estate proposals and consulted on his multiple community social programs.

More recently, Mr. Habashy was engaged in multiple investment vehicles that revolved around the purchase of municipal bonds and various real property purchases. His work in the finance and banking industry provided him an edge over other lawyers when it came time to litigating profound finance issues on behalf of his clients.
