Rucci, Carolyn Malvern

Carolyn Rucci is an associate in the Corporate and Transactional Department, and a member of the Corporate Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2010.

Past Experience

During law school, Ms. Rucci held a summer associate position at WilmerHale, where she worked on Corporate, Private Client and Real Estate matters. She also completed an internship in the legal department at Progress Software Corporation in Bedford, Massachusetts, where she prepared memoranda on various corporate issues.

Prior to beginning her legal studies, Ms. Rucci worked for three years in the Intellectual Property department at Nutter McClennen and Fish, LLP.
