Rozenstrauch, Daniel

Gina Gunning practices in the areas of corporate finance, securities, and other general corporate law and has represented issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of both debt and equity securities. Her experience covers a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, exchange offers, and tender offers. She also counsels public companies on securities and corporate governance matters, including advising clients regarding public disclosures and communications and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, as well as periodic reporting obligations.

Over the last few years, Gina has represented, among other companies, Cole National Group, Forest City Enterprises, International Steel Group, R.H. Donnelley, Sprint Nextel, STERIS, Tech Mahindra Limited, and York Enhanced Strategies Fund.

Gina serves as a member of the board of the Western Reserve Historical Society and the leadership board of the Children's Hospital of the Cleveland Clinic. In addition, she served as chair of the 2006 Securities Law Institute of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
