Lester Gulitz is an attorney and professional engineer with over twenty years of experience representing members of the construction industry, including public and private owners, construction managers, general contractors, trade and specialty contractors, suppliers, engineers, architects and sureties.
Mr. Gulitz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College, a Master of Science degree in Water Resources from the University of Cincinnati, and a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts in New York, as well as the United States Claims Court, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Gulitz is also a member of the Construction Industry Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association. Additionally, he is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, the New York State Society of Professional Engineers, and the New York State Bar Association.
