Roy, James Parkerson

Mark Rouse is an associate attorney of Parker Scheer Lagomarsino. Mr. Rouse practices in a variety of areas ranging from complex personal injury cases to business litigation and criminal defense. Prior to his employment with Park Scheer Lagomarsino, Mr. Rouse commenced employment in January 2011 as the first judicial law clerk for the Honorable Nancy Allf, Eighth Judicial District Court, Department 27 in Las Vegas. During his clerkship, Mr. Rouse, gained familiarity with the State and Local Rules of Civil Procedure in Nevada and has experience with the law in numerous areas including strict products liability, personal injuries and business litigation. Mr. Rouse joined the firm of Parker Scheer Lagomarsino in the spring of 2012 to utilize the skills and knowledge he obtained during his judicial clerkship to provide outstanding representation to the citizens of Las Vegas.

Born and raised in Lexington, KY, Mr. Rouse is an avid University of Kentucky wildcat's fan.
