Jerry is Of Counsel to the firm of Briggs and Morgan, Professional Association. He is based in our Minneapolis office and has practiced principally in the areas of:
Jerry is a qualified neutral mediator and arbitrator by the Minnesota Supreme Court and is a member of the Hennepin County, Minnesota State and American Bar associations. He is a board member for the Fund for the Legal Aid Society and the University of St. Thomas Senior Learning Center. He was also chair of the Minnesota Supreme Court Legal Services Advisory Committee.
Born in Dubuque, Iowa, Jerry received his B.A. from Yale University and his law degree from Harvard University Law School. He has been with the firm since 1983 when Levitt, Palmer, Bowen, Rotman and Share merged with Briggs.
