Sarah E. Gumz practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors' rights, on behalf of both debtors and creditors, and business litigation on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. She is a member of the Florida Bar, and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Sarah obtained her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Valparaiso University. She also earned her Juris Doctor degree from Valparaiso University, which she attended on a full academic scholarship. While attending law school, she worked as a clerk to Lake County Superior Court Judge Jeffrey J. Dywan, and participated in the school's Low Income Taxpayer Clinic.
