Michael Grundei is a partner in Wiggin and Dana's Corporate Practice Department. He has experience in public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities for foreign and domestic issuers, including extensive experience in PIPE transactions. Mike has represented issuers listed on the NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ with respect to '34 Act compliance, preparation of proxy statements, no-action letters and other securities matters. He has also represented companies, investment bankers, private equity funds and venture capitalists in a wide variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, loan transactions, restructurings and asset sales in bankruptcy. Mike is a contributing editor of the Encyclopedia of Private Equity and Venture Capital.

Mike graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his law degree from Duke University School of Law.
