Scott A. Grossman has been a member of the New York Bar since 2001. He graduated summa cum laude from Pace University earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Mr. Grossman then attended St. John’s University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2000. He also served as an intern to the New York State Attorney General’s Office in the Division of Claims for approximately two years. Mr. Grossman has undertaken a defense oriented career in the area of insurance litigation and is well-versed in all areas of personal injury and insurance coverage matters. He has successfully defended a multitude of personal injury matters in New York State and Federal Courts and has particular expertise in premises liability. Mr. Grossman also has successfully written and argued appeals in the First and Second Appellate Departments.
