Craig J. Rosenstein is a graduate of the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following his undergraduate education, Mr. Rosenstein went on to receive his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree at Arizona State University Law School. During his time at ASU Law School, Mr. Rosenstein was an active member in Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and he clerked for one of the Arizona State Legislators, while also clerking for a solo practitioner. After law school, Mr. Rosenstein became partner of a law firm, where he handled the firm's business law, civil litigation and DUI defense cases. Mr. Rosenstein then went on to found Rosenstein Law Group, PLLC.
Mr. Rosenstein is licensed to practice law in Arizona, as well as in the U.S. Federal District Court in the District of Arizona. Mr. Rosenstein is certified to administer field sobriety tests, has received certification in forensic blood and urine analysis and is qualified to operate the Intoxilyzer 8000 breath test device. He is also an active member of various professional organizations, including the State Bar of Arizona, the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD), Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice (AACJ), the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
