Andrew attended Penn State University and Gettysburg College, obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1990. Thereafter, Andrew completed law school in only two years and graduated with his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 1992. Not only was Andrew one of the youngest in his graduating class at 23 years of age, but among his many accomplishments, he received the Meritorious Achievement Award in Mediation. Over the last fifteen years, Andrew has finely honed his law & motion and trial skills predominantly in the family law area. He excels in written and oral argument and has complex litigation experience in all phases of civil litigation and family law. Andrew prides himself on his attention to detail, preparing matters for trial, but always with an open eye to obtaining the most favorable settlements for his clients. Andrew is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California, including the United States District Court (Southern District of California) and has been a member of the San Diego County Bar Association since 1993. Andrew has effectively used his superior skills in mediation by serving as a Settlement Conference Judge Pro Tem for the San Diego Superior Court, Family Law Division. Andrew's excellent communication skills maximizes the best possible results for clients and their interests.
