Rosnick, Michael J

David A. Rosen is an Associate of the firm, concentrating in Workers' Compensation. He handles all aspects of Workers' Compensation cases.

David is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law where he was able to attend based upon an academic scholarship. During law school he worked at the St. John's University Elder Law Clinic, where he performed pro bono legal work for senior citizens who could not afford legal representation. Also, he taught Legal Theory at Jamaica High School and was active in the St. John's University Public Interest Committee. He even spent a week in New Orleans assisting an air quality group that was cleaning up after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. Most notably at St. John's, he was the Dean of the John Jay Senate of Delta Theta Phi, an exclusive international law fraternity. Upon graduation, he received a Silver Star honor for over 30 hours of community service and was honored for his work with Delta Theta Phi. Afterward, he worked at a general litigation firm before becoming a member of Terry Katz & Associates in 2010.

David is admitted to the New York State Bar, and a member of the New York State Bar Association.
